Janelle joined Treadwell Gordon as a Law Clerk while completing her LLB, bringing with her more than 20 years’ experience in the agricultural industry as a rural professional.
With a background in agricultural science and environmental studies, Janelle has a strong understanding of the rural sector, particularly around sustainability and environmental issues affecting farming businesses and communities. She is enjoying the opportunity to learn on the job while completing her studies, and is looking forward to building on her experience as she moves into the legal profession.
Outside of work and study, Janelle lives on a lifestyle block in Feilding with her husband and two daughters. Much of her spare time is spent supporting her girls with their ponies, riding when she can, and running marathons - which she describes as her way to switch off and give her busy brain a break.
