Hilary joined Treadwell Gordon in July 2025, bringing with her extensive experience in local government finance and business systems. Prior to this, she held key roles at Rangitikei District Council, including Business Improvement Lead and Management & Systems Finance, where she worked across a range of strategic and operational projects.
She has strong expertise in financial systems and accounting, with particular strengths in streamlining processes and working with platforms like Xero.
Outside the office, Hilary enjoys walking to work, running and hiking - and supporting her three teenage children, Jack, Honor and Isabelle, alongside husband Nick.
